We capture spaces at about 1,500 sqft./ per hour and will take a little bit longer on site than others to ensure quality images.
Please be aware that it is a very time-consuming process that often takes a few hours to complete. We are very thorough in our approach to ensure that we provide the best quality images that technology allows.
When the job is done, all the images are processed and it can take up to 24-72 hours depending on the size of the property.
You’ll receive communication from us when your property images are ready along with a link that you can download to embed the property images on your website and share it with social media.
We also provide MLS-compliant images if you are a Realtor and would like to use your images on the MLS platform.

Our digital images of your property will be the best they can be. This requires teamwork and cooperation that will result in an outstanding online presence when your property goes LIVE on the market.
Although I would love to help you style/design your home, I, unfortunately, do not have the skill set required to do so. When I arrive to take digital images of your property, I ask that all staging and cleaning be done prior to my arrival. To efficiently maintain my busy schedule and deliver the level of service my clients expect, I can not spend additional time at your property waiting for it to be cleaned, dusted, de-cluttered, etc.
Please review the previous sections for tips on preparing your property for real estate photography, and note that I am not responsible and will not partake in any of the following duties while photographing your home:

Please have placed all valuables in a secure location. There will potentially be many people walking through your property (I will be the only one on the property unless my wife comes along – she is my assistant), and valuables should be out of sight and secure. Safe deposit boxes and wall safes are great for this.

If your business page or LinkedIn account doesn’t immediately scream “PROFESSIONAL”, people who are viewing it have already formed an opinion before meeting you face to face. This can also negatively skew the way people view the quality of the service you offer!

The moment you book your session is exciting…What should you wear? How should you prepare? There are so many things! Click on the Headshot Preparation tab below for a few tips to help you feel prepared for our shoot.
How should you prepare?
Select your clothing options and accessories to wear during your headshot photo shoot and put them in a bag the day before your headshot photography session, so you’re not stressing to find and assemble them the next day. A headshot photo pictures the shoulders, or mid-chest, up to the top of the head, so the shirt is the most important item. We’ll also get some full body shots so do bring one or two options for pants, but focus more on bringing a range of different tops.
Avoid shirts with busy patterns, as they distract from your face. Go for a solid colored shirt that elongates or features your neck. So, turtlenecks are out, as are solid black and solid white shirts, as they wash out your skin tone. Also, avoid clothing with large logos.
We don’t want anything to distract from your face and eyes. See “What Clothing To Wear For Headshots,” for more top clothing tips.
If you can, drink plenty of water in the week prior to your headshot photoshoot, as this will keep your skin plump, smooth, and clear. Try to eat healthy foods, as fried and salty foods cause bloating and water retention. Also avoid sun exposure, which can make you look tired and leave your skin irritated. Get plenty of sleep to avoid dark circles under your eyes!
Choose a haircut and hairstyle a week or two in advance, as freshly cut hair can look strange on camera. Understanding that you should look like your headshot photograph, choose a hairstyle that you can easily recreate for your auditions. A neutral style that highlights the natural curve and shape of your face is always the best choice for an acting headshot.
Prepare your facial hair for your headshots by trimming, plucking and/or choosing a style for shaving facial hair in advance. Knowing that plucking can leave red marks, and bleaching can irritate the skin, be sure to do these things a couple of days before your session.
Also, pending on which package they select, I invite my male clients to arrive at the shoot with stubble or beard for the first shots. For packages that allow for more time between looks you can shave so we can get a cleaner look. Be cautioned, some men’s skin becomes red and irritated after immediately shaving so this option may work for some better than others.
Avoid anything that may stain your teeth on the day of your headshot photographs. If your teeth are noticeably yellowed or stained, invest in having them professionally cleaned and whitened, but don’t worry if you don’t have the time or money, we can easily get the same result with a little bit of Photoshop magic.
Your hands may end up in some of our shots, so get a manicure for your nails. For women choose a neutral, skin tone polish, or a clear coat, so as not to distract from your face. For men, a clean trim is enough.
For total peace of mind write down all the details for your headshot photo session and add them to your clothing bag: helpful info to include would be time, location, directions, and any instructions provided.
It’s also a good idea to have our number (720.909.8765) already saved into your phone in case you need to contact me on the way. If you are working with your own hair stylist or make-up artist, make sure to send them all these details too.
Modeling for a headshot photograph is like acting for a still camera. Take some time in advance to consider what kind of feeling you are trying capture in your image. Prepare by thinking ahead, then practicing the “looks” in front of the mirror. Don’t worry if you are not certain about this, we will guide to capture that perfect pose!
For a lot of people having their photograph taken is already a stressful event, so set yourself up to minimize your stress. Be sure to Google Maps/Apple Maps/TomTom… the photoshoot location in advance and allow yourself plenty of time to get there. Map your route in advance and consider what the traffic conditions will be on the day of your shoot.
Give yourself ample time to get ready. It’s important that we go at a comfortable pace and not feel rushed during our shoot.
Be in communication with Jason before your session. You should know that Jason definitely cares about you and you’re not just another client. Be sure to ask him any questions you have and Jason will take the time to answer your questions and put you at ease. On the day of your headshot make sure you are in text message communication with Jason, that way he can help you if you’re having any trouble finding the location or for anything else that comes up.
Choosing your outfit for your headshot photography session can make a significant impact on the way the photos turn out, and you want to make sure to select clothing that will be comfortable and attractive at the same time. The goal with the headshot is to make you appear confident and emphasize your face and your eyes instead of the clothing.
Sometimes, people get too caught up by choosing cute and trendy clothing, and it causes the picture to look unprofessional or amateur because of the clothing choices. Making poor clothing choices can detract from your face, and have a negative impact on the effectiveness of your headshot photo. So, it is a good idea to read through these guidelines before you choose your clothing for the photo shoot, and also talk with your photographer to select the best outfit for your session.
With any headshot photo shoot, you want to make sure that the clothes are clean and wrinkle-free before you begin. Also, pay attention to the way your clothing fits, because the wrong fit can look funny in the photo. One of the most common fitting problems happens when people wear clothing that is too small. So, if you have an older outfit that you love, you might need to choose different clothing if you have recently gained weight.
Avoid wrinkled or bulky clothing, because it can look unprofessional in the photo. When you are wearing overly bulky sweaters or clothing, they can look rumpled and make you look fatter than you are in reality.
You may be tempted to choose a chic, trendy outfit, but try to stay away from funky or styles that can become quickly outdated. It is better to select vintage clothes instead of a modern trend because traditional techniques are usually more appropriate for most professions.
In terms of color, it is important to stay away from patterns on the fabric, because the patterns can detract from your face. So, don’t choose a shirt with floral print, checkers, polka dots, stripes, or any other type of pattern on the fabric. These patterns will make the photo too “busy” and they can be very distracting.
Stick with darker colors instead of lighter colors, because the darker or mid-tone colors tend to put more emphasis on your eyes and smile, instead of the clothing. Always avoid lighter colors that are too similar to your skin tone, because they can make you appear washed out.
It is best to wear colors that are contrasting to your skin, so if you have medium or darker colored skin tones, then you should avoid the earthy colors that are very similar to the color of your skin.
You may consider selecting a color that can help to bring out the colors in your eyes. For example, if you have blue eyes, then you may consider a blue or grey shirt. Or, if you have brown or green eyes, then earthy tones can be very complimentary to your eye color.
The most essential clothing selection should be the shirt or blouse that you choose; however, the other clothing options won’t likely be shown in the picture. For example, don’t worry too much about your pants, because they probably won’t be seen in the photos. The goal with a headshot is to highlight your face and eyes, so headshots usually only focus on the top half of your body. If you are on a budget, then spend your money on the top and don’t spend a lot of money on the pants.
With shoes, it is better to choose a pair of shoes for comfort instead of style if you are shooting on location because you might be doing a lot of walking as you are moving around for the photoshoot. Most likely, your feet will not be visible in the picture. If you are concerned that your shoes don’t match your outfit quite right, then you may consider bringing an extra pair of shoes that can be slipped on when you are walking, and quickly changed out for the nicer shoes when the photo shoot begins.
You should consider the industry that you are working in to help you make your clothing selections. Keep in mind that a corporate headshot should have a different feel and appearance than a modeling headshot, and you need to make your clothing choices accordingly.
It is a good idea to look through headshots of other people in your industry, in order to get a feel for the types of clothing that they wear in their photos. For example, you might look at the company website to see the clothing choices of some of the leaders and managers in your company, and choose your clothing to match that same style.
Here are some guidelines for specific industries, as well as tips for both men and women in each industry:
If you are working in a corporate environment, then it is important that you are wearing the right type of clothing that is common in an office. Many corporations have conservative dress codes, and you want to be sure that the clothing in your picture is the type of clothing that you could wear when you are going to work each day.
As a general tip for both men and women, it is best to wear long sleeves in a corporate headshot, because the bare arms are often distracting. Many people consider bare arms to be inappropriate in a corporate headshot.
For women: Make sure that your clothing is modest because it is a bad idea to reveal too much skin in the picture. Choose a classy corporate style which shows that you are serious about your career. For example, you might choose a nice blouse or a collared shirt, paired with a suit coat and slacks or a skirt.Also, make sure that you choose jewelry to match your outfit. The jewelry should add a nice accent to the outfit, without detracting from the overall appearance of your photo. Too much jewelry can send the wrong impression, and having the photo taken sans jewelry can appear too plain.
For men: Always wear a collared dress shirt, and you might also consider a suit jacket. If you want to add individual style to the photo, then you may consider options such as v-neck sweaters over your dress shirt, or a tie that makes a statement.
When you are choosing an outfit for actor headshots, an excellent guideline to follow is to consider the type of outfit that you would wear to an audition. Some actors are tempted to make a statement with their clothing options, by dressing in costume in their headshot. But, it is better to wear regular clothing so that you appear as an ordinary person instead of a character.
For actor headshots, you don’t need to worry about wearing professional, corporate style clothing, unless those are the types of roles that you prefer. Instead, select a nice outfit that falls within the general guidelines that were discussed at the beginning of this article.
For women: For an actor headshot session, it is always a good idea to avoid low cut tops, because they make it difficult to crop close. Also, make sure that your shirt or blouse has long sleeves because tank tops and short-sleeved shirts can be distracting. Generally, you don’t want to have bare arms in the photos.
For men: Good clothing styles to consider are solid colored shirts or sweaters that have some texture, such as ribbing or chain stitching. Long sleeves are usually best, and you might consider wearing a collar if it matches your personality. Crew neck style shirts can be unflattering and should be avoided.
As a model, your goal is to show the canvas of your face in the headshot, and if someone comments about your clothing, then it means that you have failed with your clothing selection. You want to sell yourself, not the clothing that you are wearing!
It is especially important that your clothing fits correctly because you want to show a realistic image of your shape and size. You may consider wearing different layers of clothing, and the top layers can be removed for some of the pictures.
For women: If you do a lot of beauty or skin product modeling, then you may consider natural photos that show more skin than regular headshot photos. Even though it is generally advised to keep your shoulders and arms covered in headshot photos, it can be advantageous to have modeling photos that show a little more skin. In some of the images, you may consider wearing a spaghetti strap tank top or a tube top to show off the lines on your neck and shoulders.
For men: As a model, you generally want to stay away from corporate clothing that looks too professional. If you plan to wear a collared shirt, you may consider making it a little more casual by leaving the top button open and not wearing a tie. Or, you can choose another style of shirt if you don’t want to wear a collar. It is a good idea to stay away from crew neck or v-neck shirts although it is difficult to make those shirts look good in a headshot photo.
There are many opinions about the types of clothing that you should wear for a headshot photo session, and it is essential to talk with your photographer before making your decision. Sharing details about the purpose of the meeting can help your photographer to create the right types of photos, and they can advise you on the clothing choices that you should bring with you.
Keep in mind that you may encounter specific situations where you may want to “break” one of the rules for headshots. You may find situations where a funky style headshot can be more beneficial than a basic headshot, so it is nice to have several options available to choose from. In most situations, these guidelines should be followed, but there are occasional situations where it might make sense to change some of your clothing choices to accommodate a specific job that you are applying for.
Also, be sure to choose a professional headshot photographer who has experience in your particular industry. If you are putting together a modeling portfolio, then you will be better off working with a photographer who is familiar with the modeling industry, instead of selecting someone who typically does corporate headshots.
By choosing the photographer and bringing the right clothing to the photo session, you will be able to create a portfolio of photos that can be used in many different situations. Having a good headshot is a crucial tool to help you advance your career and land the jobs that you want.
I cannot stress how much of a positive impact this can make for you and your business. An unprofessional headshot may deter potential organizations from reaching out to do business with you. Your resume might be a ringing endorsement full of all your accomplishments and the addition of a great photo will make you even more relatable!

Our platforms are classified as Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV), and may also be referred to as Drones, Remotely Piloted Aerial Systems (RPAS), Quadcopters, or Multirotors. We fully understand and comply with the required regulating procedures contained within FAA Rule Part 107 that govern flying this category of the remotely controlled vehicle.

Our Drones boast several safety innovations that don’t feature on some of the older first-generation Drones being flown here in the Denver Metro area as well as the United States:
If either craft loses signal from the controller for any reason, they will return to a memorized GPS recorded home position, no lower than a custom minimum safe altitude above the ground that is set by the pilot prior to take off on each flight. Upon reaching the home position, the Drone will enter a stationary hover for 20 seconds to allow for the clearing of the landing area before commencing a gentle descent and automated touch down.
A warning on the controllers tablet screen will alert the pilot when the battery in use reaches 30% capacity, and if the Drone is not landed by the time it reaches 15% capacity, it will return home and land automatically.
Each Drone also comes with ‘Hands Off Hover’ functionally allowing them to remain stationary in the air when the hand controls are released.
Before conducting each flight, we will personally conduct a site-specific evaluation of the surrounding environment, checking wind speed, tree positions and height, power and telephone line placement, bird & wildlife activity, cellphone towers, and other sources of magnetic interference, making sure any potential hazard is mitigated before the take-off is initiated.
We even check a geomagnetic field forecast for the possibility of solar flare signal disturbances and carry an air-to-ground radio to monitor any other airborne traffic in the area.
We conduct our operation in a similar manner to full-sized aircraft operations, with the use of checklists and pre-programmed routes to assist the safe operation of the Drone in flight.
We are covered by Aviation Liability insurance for damage to third-party property and any related expenses, up to a maximum value of $2,000,000. We are happy to supply a Certificate of General Liability to any clients wishing to see proof that our policy is current.
Our drone equipment is restricted by meteorological conditions such as wind speed and precipitation. We have access to the in-depth weather forecast systems and will schedule each photography/video session to cause the least amount of inconvenience, adjusting the time and date as necessary for continued safe operation and best visual results.

Please have the space in a condition suitable for scanning before the scheduled appointment. We would prefer to not spend time during the appointment cleaning or rearranging furniture.

When the tour is ready, we add your contact information and add thumbnail navigation. If you ordered a floorplan, we then start processing the plan with delivery within 36 hours.
You’ll receive communication from us when your 3D virtual tour is ready along with a link that you can use to embed the tour on your website and share it with social media.
We also provide an MLS-compliant version if you are a Realtor and would like to use your tour on the MLS.

Many clients, after having gone through a remodel, consolidation, or when taking over a property that did not have exact floorplans, will immediately schedule a meeting along with a site visit for MTM to do a property measurement.
We will visit the property, use accurate laser measurements to determine wall dimensions, and calculate floorplan square footage. Once the process is done, we produce digital floorplans in vector format that can be scaled to any size without losing quality. Great for websites, flyers, property signs, brochures, and As-Builts.

On the commercial side, we measure standard office, retail, medical buildings, warehouses, and industrial buildings. We put into the drawing all walls, windows and identify kitchens, breakrooms, bathrooms, mechanical rooms, IT rooms any other room that’s within that space.
When we finish measuring we can give the square footage of individual suites, entire floors, and buildings as well as common areas. Once the drawing is complete we can also take it out and put it on walls as requested by the client.
Plots of the area measured are provided in full color from 8 ½’ x 11” to 24” x 36”. We can also provide all drawings in Adobe .pdf format as well as the actual Architectural .dwg files to give to an Architect. Finished drawings can also be provided in 3D format.
Documentation is the cornerstone to the design and construction process. Without proper documentation projects will not be complete.
